Bi-Monthly VIP Game

As another way to show our appreciation to those that support Jack's Wild Poker and our partnering venues we have a $300 bi-monthly VIP CASH game for our VIP members.
ALL PAID VIP MEMBERS ARE INVITED...
Players must be a paid VIP member for the 2 consecutive months as posted to qualify for the VIP bi-monthly cash game.
VIP members will receive an additional 1000 in chips for each top 3 placement. Your standings can be seen under the "LEADERBOARD" page for each months game.
Players start with the usual 8000. No early chips or venue receipts are allowed in cash games as well as NO LATE ENTRY.
PRIZE PAYOUT:
1ST PLACE - $300 CASH
May and June VIP- Game will be held on June 17th at Shilohs
July and Aug. VIP - Game will be held on Aug. 19th at Milligan's
Sep. and Oct. VIP - Game will be held on Oct. 21st at Shilohs
Nov. and Dec. VIP - Game will be held 0n Dec. 16th at Milligan's
*Any player winning $600 or more in any calendar year must provide their SSN and they will receive a 1099-MISC form.
**Any player winning a prize of $600 or more at one event will be required to complete a W-9 form PRIOR to receiving the cash prize.
***PLEASE NOTE: Players that do NOT support the league and the venues (you know who you are) will only be entitled to win half the cash prize for their finishing position.
****BANNED PLAYERS: Forfeit any eligibility to play in the season tournament. Even if reinstated.
